• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Profile Guidelines

• All profile information must be genuine and up to date.
• Profile photos must be recent, clear, and appropriate.
• Do not upload photos of anyone other than yourself.
• Profiles containing false, misleading, or offensive content will be removed.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile without notice.

5. Membership & Payments

• Basic profile registration is free.
• Certain features require a paid membership (Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, except as required by law.
• Memberships are for personal use only and are non-transferable.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the platform for any purpose other than seeking marriage
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Send spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited content
• Create fake profiles or misrepresent identity
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising
• Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the website
• Share contact details of other members without their consent

7. Privacy

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

Asmaani Jodey acts as a platform connecting individuals. We do not verify all information provided by members and are not responsible for the accuracy of member profiles. We are not liable for any interactions, meetings, or outcomes resulting from connections made on this platform. Users are advised to exercise their own judgment and conduct proper verification before meeting anyone.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
